Viewing the website
This website is designed for a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels, 24-bit colour. The website has been tested on both Macs and Windows PCs using the latest versions of Safari and Internet Explorer. The website is also compatible with computers running Linux.

Downloading Proofs
Customers can download proof copies of their AT&T Group Ltd projects from this website. Customers will be given a special URL (web address) to use for their downloads. This will be password protected. AT&T Ltd will email customers with the relevant details. Project proofs are saved as Adobe Acrobat PDF files. Instructions for downloading a PDF are given on the special download page (see also right column on this page).

The free Adobe Acrobat Reader program is required to view/print PDFs from your computer. Visit Adobe's website to download the latest version of Reader. Reader is available for most computer operating systems (eg Linux, Macs, Windows, Unix).

Downloading Completed Projects
In many cases (depending on file sizes), customers are also able to download completed projects from the AT&T Group Ltd website. Project files are saved in a compressed format and include all the necessary files for output. Compressed projects are saved in '.sit' format for Mac customers and '.zip' format for Windows customers.

Customers simply click on the compressed file to download to their computer. Stuffit Expander (Mac) or WinZip® (Windows) are required to uncompress these files on the customer's computer.

Download the free Stuffit Expander from:

http://www.stuffit.com

StuffIt Expander easily expands and decodes all those files you download from the Web or receive in your email. It quickly accesses StuffIt files, unzips zip files created by WinZip® and other zip utilities, plus decompresses tar, gzip and bzip files for Unix users. Just drag, drop, and you're done! Expander works seamlessly with Web browsers such as Internet Explorer™ and Netscape™.
